Victoria was born and raised in the Edgewater community of Chicago. She has been a member of EBC since 2008 and has served on staff in various leadership roles since 2009. Victoria has a heart for women and spreading the Gospel. She strongly desires for God's Word to be heard, understood, and accessible to all. Victoria regularly leads women's bible studies and has been a guest speaker at EBC's women's retreats, Phantom Ranch Bible camp and Roots youth conferences. She enjoys gardening, visual arts, reading, studying, and teaching. 

Christi was raised primarily in Maryland before attending Grace College in Indiana, where she earned both her undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in counseling. She is a licensed therapist in the state of Illinois.  While at Grace College, Christi met her husband, Ryan. Together they moved to the Chicago area 15 years ago to help plant Embassy Church. Although trained as a counselor, Christi has devoted much of her time to discipling her four children and investing in the women of Embassy.  Christi is passionate about helping women grow in their love for Christ and equipping them to faithfully disciple others. She has taught at women’s retreats, church seminars, and college campuses, and enjoys training women to study Scripture deeply and write their own Bible studies for use in the local church. Christi enjoys hiking, music, teaching, and has recently discovered a love for writing.

Michael, born and raised in Chicago, serves as the community engagement pastor at Reborn Community Church, where he has also been a worship leader for 20 years. Over the years, he has led in various other capacities, including Phantom Ranch Bible Camp, Windy City Worship, and multiple ministries across Chicago. Michael and Jackie have been married for 15 years. Together they have dedicated the past 18 years to serving the West Garfield Park community.

Also, a Chicago native, Jackie served in youth ministry for 16 years. Today, she leads in the women’s ministry team and works alongside Michael in the worship, young adults, and Overflow community outreach ministries. Together, they share a deep passion to see men, women, families, and young people surrender their lives to Jesus—moving them from merely surviving to truly thriving, and inspiring people to authentically and wholeheartedly exalt God.
